Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. As a customer of ours, we respect your privacy. We do not distribute our customer's email addresses to anyone. We may call you at the contact number you provide to verify the validity of your order before shipment.
We feel our suburb line of products speak for themselves and our customers let us know that they are impressed with the results they receive. We stand behind are products that by accepting all returns of unopened items. If for any reason you do need to return an item, please contact us to request return merchant authorization. Customer must pay shipping to return items.
Items must be returned 30 days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Any items kept after that will no longer be eligible for any kind of return. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Most, but not all, items are eligible for a full return.
EXCEPTION-Seasonal Items, Special Orders & Orders over $75.00 must be returned with-in 10 days of receipt & a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Quality
Our bisque is made from quality slip and fired to cone 04. We do not reclaim slip in order to maintain the highest quality. We fire our kiln slow. Detail is replaced and items are well cleaned and well put together. Of course, every piece may not be perfect, but we try to create the best bisque piece possible. We will do special cutouts, etc. to our bisque upon requests which may increase price slightly.
The second you place your order by email or by phone we begin the shipment process.
When you place an order with us shipping usually takes 1 business day if items are in stock. If your order consists of bisque or supplies it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the size of your order. You can rest assure it will be delivered in a timely manner.
We use UPS and USPS to send orders that do not exceed a certain weight. The price you pay for shipping is determined by the total weight of your order and it's destination.

Changes
We reserve the right to make changes in prices and/or policy as it may be necessary without advance notice.
Pricing
The discount price for each bisque piece varies and is based on a number of factors such as cutouts, difficulty or ease of mold, attachments, lots of detail, etc. At this time, we do not offer large quantity discounts as we do not have a large number of multiples of one item.
